1. A single mail alone will be sent when you forward resumes to your client. If the email size exceeds 10MB it will be splitted into 2 or more emails. Also if the email has merge fields then each candidate's resume will be sent as a seperate email.

2.The date format in email template now has been changed from MM/DD/YYYY to DD-MMM YYYY(common format).

3. You can now publish and unpublish the job openings from the job openings list page itself.

4.Earlier Pick-list will default to the first value in the list and users can forget to choose the correct value creating issues. Hereafter picklist and singlelookup will show the "Select" option as the default value.
